My mom's pelmeni and vareniki dumplings reflect a fusion of our family's past. Luda's dumplings quickly gained fame, leading to the opening of her first shop in 1999.

Two decades later Masha and I decided to revive Luda's Dumplings in 2017, introducing the first 100% organic pelmeni and vareniki in the US. The pandemic forced us to rethink how we operate and we launched an online platform in April 2023, witnessing an overwhelming response.

Our dumplings, beyond being just good food, offer a connection to culture, a bridge to family and friends, and a means to create memories. Dedicated to upholding my mother's legacy, we strive to provide the highest quality dumplings made with love, ensuring that each bite is not just a meal but a celebration of heritage.
