We pack every box to arrive frozen and perfect. But shipping happens - weather delays, carrier issues, the occasional rough ride. If your dumplings arrive anything less than perfect, we make it right. No runaround, no hassle. Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund. That's it.

How We Ship

We ship frozen on dry ice in insulated boxes - your dumplings arrive frozen solid. Orders ship from our fulfillment facility in Vineland, New Jersey. Your shipping method is determined by your distance from us.

Ground (arrives in 1–2 days)

CT, DC, DE, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV, most of FL, and parts of IL, GA, TN, WI, MO, MS, and AR.

2-Day Expedited

AL, AZ, CA, CO, IA, ID, KS, LA, MN, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY, and remaining parts of FL, IL, GA, TN, WI, MO, MS, and AR.

We don't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories.

Why 2-Day Expedited?

Frozen shipping isn't like regular shipping. Every box includes dry ice and insulated liners to keep your dumplings at freezing temperature. For locations ground can't reach in 2 days, 2-Day Expedited ensures everything arrives frozen solid.

Shipping Schedule

  • We ship every Wednesday - order by Tuesday 5:00 PM ET and your box goes out the next day
  • Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following Wednesday
  • The cutoff covers changes too - address updates, additions, and cancellations lock at Tuesday 5:00 PM ET
  • We do not ship on or through carrier holidays.

    • Christmas
  • During holiday weeks, your delivery estimate at checkout will reflect any adjusted ship dates.
