We pack every box to arrive frozen and perfect. But shipping happens - weather delays, carrier issues, the occasional rough ride. If your dumplings arrive anything less than perfect, we make it right. No runaround, no hassle. Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund. That's it.

How We Ship

We ship frozen on dry ice in insulated boxes - your dumplings arrive frozen solid. We use UPS to get your order to you as fast as possible. Your shipping method is determined by your distance from our facility in New Jersey.

UPS Ground (1–2 business days)

CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV, and parts of GA, KY, ME, and MO.

UPS 2-Day Air

AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, HI, IA, ID, KS, LA, MN, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY, and remaining parts of GA, KY, ME, and MO.

Why 2-Day Air?

Frozen shipping isn't like regular shipping. Every box includes dry ice and insulated liners to keep your dumplings at freezing temperature. For locations more than 2 days from our facility, 2-Day Air ensures everything arrives frozen solid.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders ship Mon–Wed, cutoff 1:00 PM ET
• Orders placed after cutoff ship the next eligible day
• We do not ship on or through UPS holidays.
